Refund policy
All earrings are final sale. I do not process cash refunds. However, if your earrings are damaged during the shipping process, or within 15 days of your purchase - I will gladly accept the damaged earrings back, make you a new pair, and get them back out to you as soon as possible. So I can better understand what happened to your earrings, I just ask that you please send them back to me for quality control purposes. If you need to make any changes as far as shipping information, payment information, etc. - please email me at jess.j.may.clay@gmail.com, and I will gladly help you out any way that I can. Because of the nature of the business, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, and payment has been completed.
Once an order is out of my hands and in transit, I am no longer able to take responsibility for that package - and you will have to reach out to USPS for any lost or stolen packages.
